DIAGNOSIS FIRST
Identify what actually happened
No account and no routine KYC are not guarantees that screening exceptions never occur. Providers can apply transaction monitoring and request information under their risk process. The request should identify the affected order and use an official provider flow.
SAFE NEXT ACTIONS
Work through the evidence in order
- 01Open the private order tracker rather than following an unsolicited message.
- 02Confirm that the request belongs to the correct order and provider.
- 03Read the stated reason, required information and available options.
- 04Use only the official secure submission route shown for the order.
- 05Retain the order ID and correspondence while the case is reviewed.
KEEP THIS EVIDENCE
- Private order ID
- Official provider request shown in the order flow
- Transaction hash and public wallet details
- The provider’s stated information requirements
STOP BEFORE YOU DO THIS
- Never submit a seed phrase or private key.
- Do not trust verification links from unsolicited direct messages.
- Do not create another order to bypass a pending review.
SITUATION-SPECIFIC FAQ
Answers before you escalate
Open a ticketDoes a verification request create a Swapario account?
No. It is an order-specific provider risk process, not normal email-and-password onboarding.
Can anyone promise that verification is impossible?
No responsible no-account exchange should make that absolute claim when a provider screening exception can apply.
Can verification require my seed phrase?
No. Wallet secrets are never legitimate identity or transaction evidence.
