One permanent rule
Never give anyone a seed phrase or private key. An exchange needs public wallet details and transaction evidence, not control of your wallet.
01
What you need before creating a wallet-to-wallet exchange.
Swapario is a wallet-to-wallet crypto exchange interface. You choose an asset and network to send, choose an asset and network to receive, review a live provider estimate and create a private order without maintaining a Swapario account balance.
Prepare the source balance, the native asset needed for the sending-wallet fee, a destination address on the exact payout network and a refund address on the deposit network. If the destination provides a memo or tag, keep that value with the address.
Read the wallet-to-wallet walkthroughYes, when the hardware wallet can send the selected asset on the selected network. Verify the complete deposit address on the trusted wallet screen and keep enough native currency for its network fee.
A payout can use a compatible destination supplied by the user, but that destination must accept the exact asset and network. Custodial services can also require a memo or destination tag. Confirm their current deposit instructions before creating the order.
No. Create a new order and use only the deposit address and payment details generated for that order. Old addresses can be expired, linked to different rate conditions or unavailable for automatic processing.
02
What the normal no-account flow means and where its limits are.
No. The normal exchange flow uses a private order reference instead of an email-and-password customer account. Save the private tracking link because it is used to follow the order and support recovery.
Understand the No KYC exchange modelRoutine KYC is not part of the normal Swapario flow. The liquidity provider can still request verification in exceptional risk cases under its screening process. Never rely on a promise that an exception is impossible.
No. Public blockchains record transactions, wallet histories can be analyzed and infrastructure can process network metadata or abuse signals. No account, non-custodial and anonymous describe different properties.
Compare custody and privacy conceptsNo legitimate exchange flow needs a seed phrase or private key. Swapario asks for public wallet details needed to route and recover the order. Never give wallet secrets to a website, provider or support agent.
Anyone who receives the complete private link may be able to view order information associated with it. Keep it out of public messages and screenshots, while retaining it securely until the exchange is complete.
03
How to distinguish identical tickers and compatible wallet routes.
Assets such as USDT and USDC exist on multiple blockchains. The ticker can remain identical while the address format, gas asset, token contract and deposit detection are different. Select the network supported by both wallets.
Compare the main USDT networksNo. Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Arbitrum and other EVM networks can use the same-looking 0x format while maintaining separate balances and transaction histories. The network label is part of the destination.
It is an extra identifier used by some shared custodial addresses. The blockchain address reaches the service and the memo or tag can identify the internal recipient. Copy both fields when the destination supplies them.
Read the memo and destination-tag guideA token transfer normally pays the blockchain fee with that chain’s native asset. ERC-20 tokens use ETH, TRC-20 transfers can require TRX, BEP-20 transfers use BNB and Solana token transfers use SOL.
No. Wrapped Bitcoin is a token on another blockchain. A native Bitcoin route expects BTC on Bitcoin mainnet and a compatible Bitcoin address. Use only the exact representation and network shown in the order.
The live asset selectors are the source of truth for current provider availability. Indexed pair pages cover selected high-intent routes, while the live catalog can contain many additional assets and network variants.

How estimates, minimums and final received amounts work.
A floating estimate can move with market and liquidity conditions. A fixed quote aims to protect an outcome only for its stated time, amount and deposit conditions. Read the live rate type and expiry before sending.
Compare fixed and floating ratesThe total can include the source-wallet network fee, executable provider pricing or spread and payout delivery costs. Compare the final estimated destination amount on the same route rather than one isolated fee label.
See the complete fee breakdownThe source wallet normally calculates and pays its own network fee when broadcasting the deposit. Review that wallet fee separately from the amount and estimated payout shown by the exchange.
A route needs enough value to cover network processing and provider conditions. Minimums vary by asset, network, rate type and current liquidity, so the live quote is the source of truth rather than a static table.
Request a fresh quote before sending. Do not assume that an expired amount, deposit window or address will retain the same conditions. If funds were already broadcast, follow the private tracker instead of creating a second payment.
05
What each stage means after the wallet broadcasts a deposit.
Timing includes deposit detection, blockchain confirmations, provider conversion and payout broadcast. Each network and route behaves differently. The live estimate and private tracker are more useful than a universal time claim.
A wallet can show a transaction immediately after broadcast. The provider may still be waiting to detect it, confirm the correct asset and network or reach its required confirmation threshold.
Diagnose a pending exchangeThe deposit has been detected but has not yet reached the route’s required blockchain confirmation threshold. Do not send a replacement payment while the original transaction is progressing.
The provider has accepted the deposit stage and is processing the conversion. Market execution and internal routing can still take time before the payout transaction is created.
Use the payout transaction hash shown by the tracker on the block explorer for the destination network. A broadcast payout may still need destination-network confirmations before a wallet or service credits it.
06
The safest next action when order details or transfers are wrong.
Stop before sending again. Record the transaction hash, actual network, asset, token contract when relevant, destination, amount and order ID. Recovery depends on key control and provider support and is never guaranteed.
Follow the wrong-network recovery checklistThe blockchain transfer can succeed while the receiving service cannot assign it automatically. Save the order ID and transaction hash, then contact the receiving service through its official support process. Do not invent another tag or resend casually.
The order can require manual review, a recalculation or a refund depending on provider conditions and whether the received amount meets the route minimum. Follow the tracker and do not send a second amount unless the official order flow instructs it.
Overpayments can require provider review and may not receive the original quote conditions. Keep the transaction hash and order reference, then follow the status or official provider instructions.
It provides a compatible destination for an eligible return when an exchange cannot complete. The refund address must accept the original deposit asset on the original network. A refund is subject to provider conditions and network costs.
Prepare the private order ID, deposit transaction hash, asset, actual network, amount, deposit address and destination address. Never provide a seed phrase, private key or remote access to your wallet.
