Crypto swap pending? Check the stage before taking action

SHORT ANSWER

A pending crypto swap can be waiting for the deposit, network confirmations, provider conversion or payout broadcast. Open the private tracker and identify the current stage. Verify the transaction hash and network before contacting support, and do not send a second payment unless instructed through the official order flow.

Waiting for deposit is different from waiting for confirmations

If no deposit is detected, verify the asset, network, address and transaction broadcast. If detected but confirming, allow the source network to reach the provider threshold.

Conversion and payout are separate stages

After confirmation, the provider still needs to execute the route and send the destination asset. A payout transaction hash appears only after broadcast.

Escalate with the order ID and transaction hash

Contact official support when the tracker reports an exception, a transaction has sufficient confirmations but is not detected, or the status remains unchanged beyond the displayed estimate.

Example: a BTC deposit moves through four different stages

A Bitcoin wallet can say “sent” as soon as it broadcasts a transaction, while the order still says “waiting” because the provider has not detected it or the transaction has no confirmations. After detection, the tracker can remain on confirmation until the route threshold is met. “Exchanging” means the deposit stage passed and conversion is underway. “Sending” or a payout hash means the destination transaction has been broadcast and may still need its own confirmations. Identifying that exact stage prevents unnecessary replacement orders and duplicate payments.
