A transaction hash identifies an on-chain broadcast. An order ID identifies the provider workflow. The private tracker connects the exchange stages without becoming a blockchain transaction itself.

Identify what actually happened
One exchange can involve at least two hashes: the source deposit and destination payout. Neither replaces the order ID, which connects quotes, addresses, processing and support events inside the provider system.
