ORDER STATUS

Crypto payout not received? Separate broadcast from wallet display

A provider can broadcast the payout before the destination wallet or service displays it. Use the payout hash on the destination explorer, then verify the address, token and network.

DIAGNOSIS FIRST

Identify what actually happened

The tracker, blockchain and receiving wallet describe different layers. The tracker reports provider progress, the explorer proves on-chain status and the wallet decides how to display supported assets. A custodial receiver can also wait for confirmations or an internal memo match.

SAFE NEXT ACTIONS

Work through the evidence in order

  1. 01Copy the payout transaction hash from the existing order.
  2. 02Open it in the explorer for the destination network.
  3. 03Compare the public destination with the address supplied in the order.
  4. 04Check confirmation or finality status and the exact token contract.
  5. 05Ask the receiving service about crediting only after proving the on-chain result.

KEEP THIS EVIDENCE

  • Order ID and payout hash
  • Destination network explorer result
  • Destination address and token contract
  • Required memo or tag and receiving-service instructions

STOP BEFORE YOU DO THIS

  • Do not create a replacement exchange.
  • Do not add a random token contract supplied by a stranger.
  • Do not expose the wallet seed while troubleshooting display.

SITUATION-SPECIFIC FAQ

Answers before you escalate

Open a ticket
What does a successful payout hash prove?

It proves the destination-network transaction executed according to that chain. A custodial service can still have an internal crediting stage.

Why is a token invisible in my wallet?

The wallet can need the correct network selected or explicit support for that token contract.

Should I contact the sender or receiver?

If no payout hash exists, follow the exchange tracker. If a successful hash reaches the correct destination, the receiving wallet or service has the relevant display or crediting context.
